Rates may be negotiable depending on week and availability.

All rates include departure cleaning. Our guests arrive to find a very clean villa, beds made with fresh linens, clean bath and kitchen towels provided. The villa is stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking, baking and eating utensils and full sized appliances including dishwasher, oven & range, refrigerator & microwave. There is also a coffee maker, toaster, blender and hand mixer in the kitchen and a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board upstairs.

During December, January, February and March lower monthly rates are available.
